One of our Staging Experts will visit your home or property to determine what is necessary to make your property the most marketable for today's buyer.We will develop a written proposal detailing the project within 48 hours.Once you have approved the proposed plan, we will formalize the agreement with a written contract and schedule a start date.

Verbal Consultation
The consultation starts with the homeowner taking one of our Experts on a tour of the home and then continues with our Expert taking the homeowner on a tour from the eyes of a prospective buyer.The "Buyers Eye View" starts from outside the property and our Expert will give a detailed description on the positive and negative aspects of the home. Homeowners are encouraged to take notes. This consultation lasts for approximately 2 hours.

Re-Design For Living
Working with your existing furnishings, we will help you re-create your current home to create a fresh look!During the process we will also suggest new pieces of artwork, accessories or furniture that will enhance what you already have in your current collection.This is a fun way to have a new space without moving!All re-design packages require a verbal consultation.

Move In Package
We know moving is a stressful and time consuming process! An Expert from The Scotts Group will help you unpack your belongings, place your furniture, hang your artwork and place your accessories so you can start enjoying your home sooner. 

Personal Shopper
The Scotts Group will take you on a tour of the best stores for your budget and help you to find that special piece of furniture, artwork or accessory to make your home Special.If shopping just is not for you... no worries, let us know what you are looking for and we'll Shop For You!

Occupied Staging
The Scotts Group will work with your current furnishing helping you to position and edit  your pieces to create a space that will appeal to the largest range of buyers. Often we will suggest additional accessories for you to purchase or rent from our inventory to create a "Special feeling" for the buyer

In today's market of Model Homes and Suites, Staging allows your home to compete with the best, often resulting in a quicker sale and in some cases for more money than the competition.



If you were to sell your car, you would wash it, clean out the inside and remove your personal belongings. The same basic principals are used in Staging. The Scotts Group advises and works with you using the proven 3 Step CSP process for Staging. First we come in and consult with you on the condition of your home, we work out what needs to be done to bring the house up to today's standards, this might include freshly painted walls, removing some of your belongings or doing the necessary upgrades to make your home POP in the marketplace. Step 2 is to devise a plan to get that work done in a timely manner, finally Step 3 is when The Scotts Group and its team comes in to Showcase your home by re-organizing the furniture layout to create a smooth traffic flow, placing art and accessories to enhance the features & feel of the room.
